The P. chordatus is a handsome Baboon tarantula, with its dapper grey suit, yellow patella bands, black femurs, and speckled abdominal patterning. Adult females are incredibly photogenic, and max size is a skosh under 5″. The species benefits from slightly cooler temps, so 72-80 is fine, with humidity of 60%. They’re certainly not as defensive as many Baboons, but they are nervous and quick, and will bite if they have to.
