The C. huahini is one of the larger of the Asian tarantulas reaching nearly 8″ in legspan, and as its common name suggests, it is an all-over uniform fawn color. They originate from Malaysia, so humidity and temps should both be in the upper 70s. They grow quickly, with males topping out at barely 5″. An enraged adult female is a fearsome foe, both in size and venom potency, so this is not the one to try and handle after several whiskey and Budweiser chasers.
