The Orphnaecus genus from the Philippines has really began to gain support from Old World loyalists, and I can appreciate why. With the species Cebu, you get a manageable adult size of 3″, some impressive industrious webbing and retreat building, and a a subtle two tone coloration of earthy brown and orange carapace. They’re somewhat feisty, but are simple to keep at 74-82 with humidity of 70%. They grow like weeds, so you’ll have them large before you know it.
