One of the rarest of the rare, the B klaasi presents itself for your approval. It reaches a stocky 6″ though I’ve personally snuggled with 7″ specimens. There’s a solid black carapace, reddish abdomen, and pinkish hairs cascading down the legs. Factor in a 25 year lifespan, and it’s a winner. Temps of 72-84 suit them fine and humidity of around 65% will do the trick. They’re typically docile as well, and make impressive display animals due to their bulk and coloration.
